New Zealand Nanny Online Registration Form

At the bottom of this form you will have the ability to upload your CV plus a maximum of 6 pictures.  Please use these to:

• Upload your CV (in Word/PDF or similar document - not scanned)
• Scan and upload a photo of yourself
• Scan and upload a copy of your First Aid Certificate
• Scan and upload any written references you have
• Scan and upload a copy of any relevant qualifications you might have
• Scan and upload any relevant certificates you might have

If you are unable to scan documents please post these to us and we can do this for you, however we do need your CV to be uploaded in a Word or PDF Document and not scanned, so please contact us if you are experiencing problems with this.  Our postal address is: NZ Nannies International, PO Box 305-109, Triton Plaza.
